Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account statement.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've completed this step and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For credit card payments, we recommend waiting at least 10 business days from the date of our refund confirmation before contacting us about missing refunds. For other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer), please allow 5-7 business days after our refund confirmation.
